The Work:
- This job is best suited for people that are very driven, confident and determined, who enjoy interacting with people, and are skilled at identifying key performance metrics and delivering measurable results for clients
Manage client interactions and communications
Manage accounts for existing customers and keep clients satisfied with our services
Lead projects to improve the quality of our services to clients
The bulk of the time in this job will involve:
Leading monthly client meetings via conference or video calls to review marketing results
Reviewing areas for improvement and share future plans for further improvement
Calling current clients
Visiting the place of business of current clients
Reviewing marketing results data to determine what is working and what is not working
Reviewing marketing results to create improvement/future marketing plans for clients
Take part in client retention meetings with the client services team and create and implement client retention plans with the client services team
A smaller portion of the job will involve communicating with clients over email
Additional responsibilities may be available depending on the candidate’s skill set
Requirements:
- Have a computer with a quiet place to work from

- No previous sales or account management experience is required but is a great asset (training will be provided)
